Advocacy
States must uphold and protect the fundamental rights of displaced persons, ensuring their fair and dignified resettlement. This includes providing access to adequate housing, social services, and integration programs that facilitate their reintegration into society. Additionally, states must guarantee the right to good health by ensuring access to quality healthcare services, including essential medicines and proper medical treatment. Furthermore, the right to work must be safeguarded by promoting job creation, vocational training, and empowerment programs that enable displaced individuals to achieve self-sufficiency. All these efforts must be implemented in a fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory manner, promoting equality for all.
